Rachelle Yilmaz

CEO & Founder
Rachelle Banta-Yilmaz is a Nurse at heart. She began as a Scholar of Nursing, then took Bachelors in Nursing & headed on to work as a Trauma and Emergency Nurse for 2 years.
She discovered her passion & purpose when she started as an International Business Development Manager at Victoria University in Sydney, pioneering and managing one of the international satellite offices in Baguio, Philippines. More than defining business targets, marketing strategies and providing leadership to her team, all her work was directed towards assisting students in making their dreams of a better future happen by being an International Student of the University.
She drew her passion, experience, and expertise with International Students to establish the Department of Recruitment and Professional Development at Victoria University in Australia. The Department was created to accelerate students’ potential through delivering employability skills gap training, PD programs, workshops, and industry job placements to support the career launch of the graduating students.
With Rachelle’s conviction to further provide genuine customized pathway catered to each individuals’ unique needs, and believing that she can make more impact by further enhancing the skills and knowledge of passionate & motivated individuals through on-the-job training, Rachelle started Ausphin Pty Ltd and drove the company to be one of the prominent traineeship providers in Australia.

Tolga Yilmaz

Director of Programs & Compliance
As an international student himself, Tolga Yilmaz has been in the international education sector for almost 15 years. He started his career as a vocational trainer and assessor and moved quickly into managing various large international RTOs. He excelled in compliance and audits and became a well-known RTO consultant for many large organisations in this sector.
With his commitment to quality and compliance, he has managed many successful audits in international education sector. Having the passion and desire to assist many international candidates and migrants, Tolga has pursued to become a Registered Migration Agent and since then he has lodged hundreds of visas to facilitate the successful entry and migration pathways of many international applicants.

Honey Alba

Managing Director, Philippines
Honey Alba is the Managing Director of Ausphin Group of Companies, Philippines. Prior, to her current role, she already has had extensive experience in managing teams and businesses.
She was the General Manager of the Australian College of Learning, an accredited TESDA institution in Alabang, Muntinlupa Philippines offering Technical & Vocational Education & Training Programs. She also managed the operations and business development aspects of Ausphin Real Estate, Inc., a Property Management and Investment Consultancy Firm in Sydney, Australia.
Her extensive experience in corporate regulations in the Philippines allowed her to assist the CEO with the expansion of Ausphin Group of Companies (ACG) in the Philippines.
Honey is a true “generalist”. Learning anything quickly, skills stacking, and practicing the 4 R’s (Repetition, Resistance, Restriction, Review) allowed her to stays true to the company values as she leads to make things happen in Finance, Operations, and Stakeholder Relations especially in the Philippines.
